remember..my first quilt and I have never used a sewing machine until now...I know there are a lot of flaws!!

Did you also do the machine quilting? I am in awe! I have made quite a few quilts, and still do not have the courage to tackle that! Stitch in the Ditch is it for me. Great job!

You did a great job on your quilt and you should be very proud. My first quilt certainly did not look anywhere as good as yours. Thumbs up to you and keep up the good work!!!!!

I am doing the quilting as we speak!! almost done..had a few problems with the thread..so I am switching back to the cotton..but still working on getting that rayon to work..actually for me the free motion seems easier..thanks so much for the compliment..it means a lot since I don't know anyone else who quilts!

well for the next project..I have a wall hanging I am working on for my son..he is 23 so I'm hoping he will like it..it's funny how I just started and I feel myself addicted already! I'm always looking at fabric..thread..n such..I keep ordering and saying to myself.."oh gosh..my hubby is going to kill me!" lol..

It seems to be an addiction that gets worse and worse. :) When the fabric comes in the mail or comes home in the sack, my kids and bf just say, more fabric?? Whats THAT for?? :)
