Welcome from Delaware County, Pa. That is a suburb of Philadelphia. My mother was born and raised in West Virginia. She came from Danville, a small town about an hour from Charlestown. Great people and info and sharing on this web site. It is the best.

WELCOME FROM MANITOBA, Yes, it takes practice.. I started sewing clothes, nightgown with a yoke 1st sewed the sleeve to the neck, refusing to take it apart, crying didn't help any, moved on to knits, many other fabric trials, in long run allowed me to make income working in retail fabric shop. Then wholesale fabrics... Quilting was another excuse to collect more tools and fabrics but required precision.. Self taught, now so much in tutorials and lots of help guilds association to learn from..

Welcome from Oklahoma.....I am a native West Virginian and still consider it home so it is nice to see someone from there join and get excited about quilting. You can do anything you set your mind to cause Mountain girls are tough!! Keep on with the good work!
