My grandmother in the 1940's made a quilt for me of little girls in bonnets. I remember the background being yellow. I loved the quilt and her. Now I am trying to find/buy a quilt that resembles the one she made for me or matches what is in my mind's eye. Unfortunately, I don't seem to have inherited any of her sewing skills. So, I don't know where to look or how to go about purchasing the quilt.
This is very important to me and I feel very lucky to have found others who appreciate the sweet beauty of those old quilts.
If you can direct me, I would be most thankful. Wendy of NYC
