Not new, But, been away for several years.
Hello everyone,
I have been away for several years. I've missed all the inspiration and encouragement that goes on here. I have been in a quilty slump for a long time. I've finished a few things. But seem to have lost my way. I am hoping to jump back in and see all your beautiful makes and find my way back into quilting. I have lots of fabric and UFO's. I missed sewing with you all. (I used to host swaps as well.) So, hope to join soon and find out where my enthusiasm and motivation have gone.
Hugs, Judith

Your enthusiasm is hiding under the ufo on top of the pile.

Welcome back Judith! I think we all misplace our mojo at times. Other times, I find myself overwhelmed with so many quilt ideas and not enough time to do them. No doubt you will be re-inspired looking through the fabulous work shared by members here on the QB. Sometimes I just need to "clear out the UFOs" and start fresh. I will go through and decide what interests me enough to finish and donate the rest unfinished. It's like a weight lifted and I can start the cycle all over again!

Thank you all, I have done a super huge clean out (purge) in my sewing room. And, another small cleanup is on the horizon for the uncertain things. Now, I just need to identify the rest of the UFO's I kept and pick one to work on. Maybe my mojo will return. I do miss sewing those straight lines. lol
