Kerie, good morning and welcome to our board. We are so happy to have you. I am linda and I have two grown kids (girl 43 and boy 40). I also have two grandsons ages 13, and 11. I have sewn for many years for my daughter. Have made Sunday dresses, blouses, prom dresses, and formal evening wear. Regardless of changes in hobby interest I always come back to fabrics. Love them! I, too, am following teaching from my Mom and have the quilting bug. It is addictive, isn't it? You will find this board is also addictive but it goes real good with a morning cup of coffee.
