Welcome from Wisconsin, just take a deep breath and go for it on the smallest quilt you will love the way it will look
|
Just practice until you are comfortable with the stitching.

Welcome from Minnesota! It doesn't sound silly at all. Most people will say it was hard to make the commitment to do the quilting. Start with the smallest one. And practice on a quilt sandwich that is about 18" square. Get to feel what motions are required. And if you don't like how the quilting is going, it's not permanent. You can take the stitching out, and practice some more. Good luck!
