I could do 4:00 A.M. if I knew that I could just hop out of the shower and go with wet hair in nice nice comfy pair of jeans. Welcome from Utah. How many are in your group?

We have gals who do JUST that! There are currently 9 of us. Space in our small library limits our numbers, but free use of the room compensates for a lot. The librarian just gives us a key the day before we meet............has something to do with the early hour, and she's not a quilter. HaHa

If you are going to make the food, either crock pots or casseroles.
Paper Plates, etc. Have each person pick a meal to make and
have complete control over, then have extra's that people sign
up for: Example: Drinks, Snacks, Desserts, and Fruit.
So they would pick one meal and an extra, it will go so much
easier for everyone, and no extreme expense either. You could
do a fat quarter exchange, or have a theme....also, you could
have a small project that anyone would like to do, like a coaster
or mug rug, or postcard..that is nice because at least they could
finish one project. But make sure lots of chocolate! Have a great
time..it is so much fun. Sew until the sun comes up and down.

We don't do coffee and donuts at the library, but all go out for breakfast together at 7:00 at a local restaurant before we go to work/home.
