Hi, I have been enjoying reading this board for awhile now and thought it time I introduced myself and joined in. So many talented quilters and the ideas just bounce around from you all that I soon realised my addiction is going to only increase from here on in
 I live in southwest Western Australia, am married to a wonderful man who I wouldn't be with out (for too long) and have two great kids (now adults) No grand children to spoil although several animals in the way of chickens and sheep all of whom are thoroughly spoilt. Have been quilting for about 3 or 4 years so am still a relative newby. I have not progressed to the level of making something wonderful as yet so I am still a work in progress. Just love reading all the chatter, tips and such you discuss. such an inspiring group you all are. Cheers Maybe1day |

Hi Earthwalker, well good grief yet another one. Pleased to meet you as well. I guess from this comment that there are quite a few Aussies on the board. I hadn't taken much notice of where people were from as I have been too busy reading. My SIL lives in Lesmurdie so yes a very small world indeed. :-D

Hi Mrs B,
SA - was over there a couple of years ago on holiday and quite liked the state. My brother and his wife are looking at possibly moving over to SA as well. I particularly liked it around the Handdorf area and also over by Mt Gambier. Is beautiful over that way. Maybe1day |
