I think many patterns as long as the blocks are scaled down (~6 inch) and approriate fabric is used will lend themselves for baby quilts. I am partial to 1930 fabric for small baby quilts.

Welcome from Oregon! Almost any quilt pattern can be made in a smaller size suitable for a baby quilt.
