Hi, all.
I have been hiding amongst you for a week or so. I must say I love this site!!! Great ideas, wonderful people. I don't get as much time to quilt as I'd like, and my skills are far from perfect, but I do enjoy it. I rarely use a pattern. Sometimes it's just fun to see where it goes. |

pennijanine ---------------------------------------------------- I love your dogs too!!!! I have 3 english bulldogs - well, not anymore. we just had to put down the one in the picture. I miss him. So, now we just have 2, they are littermates, 5 years old. Both males. A red brindle and a red. They are HUGE, about 70 lbs of solid muscle, not much fat. Big babies they are. and spoiled rotten. They like to claim my afghans as I am making them. They provide quite the test for my skills, since my blankets and quilts have to withstand doggie use. |
I have three. I breed them smaller and my biggest only weighs 35 pounds. Very high maintenance dogs, but I love them. I will be having a litter in June and I will post some pics. They are so cute as puppies!! Penni

Who said that was a rule around here..? Let's hang them by a jelly roll and tickle them till they cry UNCLE... And who said you have to use a pattern? Sounds like someone who is working outside the box to my ears...and that could lead you to become a famous quilter someday, with books others buy...$$$ So you go girl...fit the sewing in whenever you can, don't go for perfect...that is exactly when you will never achieve it...and think outside the box. I triple dog dare ya! |
