Confetti Instructor here. Here in Oregon. Just like the paper confetti we are all familiar with, fabric confetti is lots of fun. You too can make beautiful pictures that look like paintings. No glue involved and it is a project that can be finished in a weekend.
The attached picture is made of many, many tiny pieces no bigger than 1/8th of an inch. No fabric goes to waste in my world! |
Welcome from Louisiana. Love your work. Looks like a lot of fun to do:)

Welcome!! Great little quilt! It really looks like a painting! Maybe you should do a little tutorial for all of us :) (hint-hint).

How about a video of all the parts and pieces for you to rent? for say $2.99? About an hour of instruction. I have an appointment with a videographer on friday to lay out the plan.

Coming soon! I already have the date with the videographer. I better get busy cleaning up my studio. YIKES! OK, maybe 1/2 my studio. The camera doesn't have to pan the whole room, right?

Hello and welcome from the Arkansas Ozarks.
Happy quilting. |
That's beautiful! Cannot imagine how many pieces it took or how much time... Very, very nice!
|
You would be overwhelmed by the number of pieces but who counts? As for the time? HA! There you would be surprised that it takes very little time. You could make one of these in a weekend with time left over.

Oh my GOSH!! Where have y'all been all my life? This is such an exciting thing for me. I could hardly wait to get my coffee going this morning so I could run in here and get online. Thank you for all the welcomes. Isn't it heart warming to be part of something GLOBAL? There is hope for the human race. Today I have to straighten up my fort/sewing room/studio whatever. The videographer is coming round tomorrow to see my room and we will decide whether to film here or in a studio. I don't know about you but I LOVE to see other people creative space clean or not. How about you?
