Hi Carolyn I used this batting in my wonky star quilt that is posted on this site. I found it easy to work with. Never thought of the burning question. :|

Thank you to all of you. I appreciate your comments and concerns. At the Peoria quilting guild meeting, the apeaker traced the history of feed sacks.

like ALL things "Green", sometimes the process used to make the product is as far from "green" as you can get...this is the way of bamboo batting..the process used to make it is horrible for the environment..so much for Going GREEN...
