Hello and welcome from Ontario.

SS2011, Just two quilt shops. One downtown has more traditional fabrics and a lot of batiks with some bright prints. One two miles out of town has a lot of younger looking fabrics like the ones used in the bowtucks and bags. Melissa teaches a lot of classes on bags. Neither one is huge, but both are well stocked and owned by lovely people. Julie Ann's has a website. I imagine Patches and Petals does, too.
Our snow base is rebuilding after that odd thaw. |

|
Welcome from on the road, currently in Houston, Tx. Been here 2 weeks after spending 7+ months in Redford (west side of Detroit near Westland). From looking at your quilt, you seem to find your own inspiration. (I am assuming you designed it.) It has it's own unique "feel", which makes it a great quilt in my book.
Hope you enjoy the board and get whatever "inspiration" you need. I know I sure get a lot, and spend at least 5 days a week on here, even if for just 10 minutes . . . |
Welcome from Missouri. You will find a lot of inspiration here!!
|
Welcome from Southern Indiana! Lots of inspiration here!...lovely quilt you made...do you have more?

Quilter also from the Middle of the Mitten.

Welcome I'm a new user also and live near the bottom of the Mitt....but work in Lansing. Try Country Stiches on Lansing road they might know of smaller groups, but also the Lansing area has a quilt guild and that's a great way to find smaller groups.
PS love your quilt! |
Welcome from Michigan, lots of inspiration here
