Hello Heather, I'm Carol from Lexington,KY. I use to do candlewicking years ago, just loved it. I also traced a lot of my patterns from quilt books.

Welcome to the board from Oklahoma by way of Massachusetts!! If you have questions, we have answers. If you have answers, we will ask questions. You may consider this your new home, and we are your family.

You must show us some pictures of your candlewicking! I think it is beautiful.

Hi Heather, Welcome from New Hampshire. I did candlewicking years ago, when it was popular here. Maybe it is making a comeback. You may want to try Joanns.com. I think I have seen candlewicking books in their stores here, so they probably have them on their website as well. I hope you can find what you are looking for!

The most candlewicking I have done is 2 cushions, but I would be happy to send you the patterns if you are interested, just send me a Private Message.

Check out this Australian website (they are in Drouin) Margaret's Fabrics. Here is a link to their candlewicking book https://www.margaretsfabrics.com.au/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=44]https://www.margaretsfabrics.com.au/...products_id=44[/url]

Hi Heather, welcome from Brisbane. I love candlewicking, nothing so nice as white on white or cream on cream. Not that I do it, but I do admire anyone who does.:)
