Hello Janet, I loved Shingle Springs, I lived In Eldorado, Camino and (Fresh Pond when the saw mill was running ) for several years,My youngest son was born Dec 2nd during a snow storm in 1955, took us one hour to go from Pollock Pines to the old sanatorium in Placerville, before Marshall hospital was built think it is apartments now, Have a brother in Cameron Park, Betty
