Hi everyone,
my name is Pauline and I live in Darwen, Lancashire, England.
I am retired and spend my time on looking after my grand daughter, local and family history and patchwork/quilting.

I mainly make small quilts now as my hands don't work like they used to and I can't hold a needle for too long or sit over a sewing machine but I do enjoy my sewin.

I have traveled in England I think four times. I always enjoyed
it so much. Always went to London, I have been in the Stratford on Avon area, Stone Henge, Winchester. Then down to Dover to cross the channel on the hovercraft. I would love to have some of your cool, damp weather. We have been so hot and dry. There does not seem to be a end to it.
