I'm new to this site and new to this hobby finding very challenging but after work I to my sewing room and if nothing else I just look a my books/magazines and I tell myself " I can do that." Hi there, my hubby is from just outside of Akron and it was his mom who taught me to quilt. She lives in Wilmington.

Hi there, we are neighbors. North Easton here. What is your favorite place to get fabric around here?

The embroidered quilt took one summer, fall and part of the winter to embroider. I then tucked it away and the next July after surgery, took it out and started hand quilting it and finished it the next February.
