Hello from Saudi Arabia!

I am a Canadian living in Saudi Arabia. We have been here 10 years now but plan on returning home permanently this year. We will be calling BC home once again.
I am a quilter who also enjoys embroidery (machine and otherwise however, machine is so much faster!). Attached is a quilt that I have made for a friend as my goodbye gift to him. Hope you like it! |

Beautiful Quilt Brady. Welcome to the board. I hope you'll enjoy your time spent here. I too enjoy embroidery. But, I think I prefer hand embroidery. (It relaxs me.) Born a New Yorker, Grew up a Floridian, and am now transplated to Ky.

That is a beautiful quilt. It will be a big change returning home. I came back from ten months in Oman and had a lot of trouble adjusting to the temperature difference. It was one hundred and twenty in Oman and thirty two degrees in Michigan. But I love being home and I am sure u will too.
