Hi, I've been reading on the boards for awhile, but finally decided to register. :-) I've been quilting for a couple of years now, but sewing since I was a little girl. My other hobbies are embroidery, candlewicking, and reading, but quilting is one of my favorites. Just reading here has already helped me learn a lot of new techniques and get a ton more ideas. Just wanted to say hi and thanks to everyone for making this place fun and educational.

Hello to all from New Mexico. I have taken up interest in quilting now, that I finally have grandchildren. I have only made two and now my babies are 2-3 so, time for new ones as they're growing. They loved them and now they want new designs. I need to get familiar with special techniques as I continue to learn. Thank you all in advance for allowing individuals as myself to improve this beautiful work of art. :-)
