Hi! I have been looking around here for awhile. This is wonderful! I have been sewing and quilting for a long time. The lady who tought me to quilt grew up in a sheep wagon and used to collect the wool for the quilt batting off of the sagebrush etc. then card it, wash it, then use it! We have come along way from that! thank goodness!

I read a book recently of someone that homesteaded Wyoming in the early 1900s. She wrote back to someone she left behind and said Wyoming has only three seasons - winter, July and August. I know that can be a fact.
