I have a Bernina Deco 500 and can't seem to find the power cord. I also have a 1090 Quilters Edition. The power cords look similar anyone know if they are interchangeable? Or where I might be able to purchase just the cord? Thanks for any help!

Did you try putting the cord you have on the machine that doesn't have one. If they come from the same company I bet the are interchangeable. The dealer would probably know how to get a new cord, just Google the manufactures name.

Welcome from So. California. you are so lucky to have a Bernina 1090. I traded mine in on a Bernina 440 and have regretted it ever since. Since a nice machine. I would call a local Bernina dealer and ask if the power cords are interchangable. They also sell power cords. Good Luck!

My mom got my spelling off a hairspray can. She never would admit it but when I was 9 or ten i noticed it on her Just Wonderful hairspray and she always used that. Still see it on occasion in tiny stores. It is still not a popular spelling but I catch it on someone every now and then.

I'm such a goof ball I kept looking for a similar cord to my quilt machine and the power cord for the deco was black not grey and I did find it.

I have gotten so many Hellos I have never been to a chat site and this is so cool! A hi from Ireland and Germany, My kids kept telling me to try this and I don't do to much on computers except for work. I don't have a lot of time but now I know I will check this! Thanks to you all

Your Bernina dealer should be able to order you a new cord. I have replaced the cord on my machine twice.
