Just like to introduce myself. My name is Jackie and I live in Victoria Australia. I just love applique and quilting. I have never joined a forum before so this is why me introduction page is not that great.

No I don't come from UK I live in Croydon Australia. My neighbours are from Ireland I think she comes fro m limerick. I love to do applique and quilting. What about you?

I've tried a bit of almost everything in the P&Q field, I like applique, machine & hand quilting, machine & hand piecing, you name it really.

I have neary finished my applique quilt that I have made for my nephew as a birth present although he is nearly 7 months old now.!!!!! I hope to put the photo of the quilt on this site if it looks good enough as everyone's quilts are just so good. I will help you and share as much as you can. Cheers Jackie

I only got to make 2 applique wallhangings before my hands stopped being able to from rheumatoid arthritis, but I enjoyed it so much! Luckily, my daughter has one and my mother has the other so I can see them from time to time. I should post photos of them in the pictures section. And you should share photos of your quilts with us!

Thanks for welcoming me. I would love to see your quilts PLEASE. I'm sure they are just beautiful. My lastest quilt is in the washing machine right now and will be sent to my baby nephew in Sydney.
