Hi..I only found this forum yesterday but have already enjoyed a few hours of browsing :).
I'm new to quilting but have been sewing for years although the last few years I haven't done a lot. I'm enjoying the change to quilting where maybe, just maybe, I will find a little bit of a creative side to me...lol.
I'm sure I'll find lots of hints and tips and ideas in here :)

Hi Earthwalker...I've never been to Perth but I believe it's very nice

Hi Caer Urfa...we are practically neighbours :)...what part of Brissy, may I ask?

quiltlady 06-01-2010 01:34 AM

Welcome from Washington State - I knew I group of Aussies when I lived in Guam. Back in the days when there wasn't all the satelites overhead and the communcation cables were all on the ocean floor. The Aussie group maintained their cables from the Guam end. They were all active in our local yaht club- none were quilters at the time.
