thanks so much. I am so excited to join, and meet such wonderful and skilled people. I feel so inadequate. My quilts are not perfect on the seams, and everything here is so spot on. Whew!! I guess practice makes perfect, and like my best friend tells me" Every quilt is unique". LOL I guess so... :) :)

There is a crossword puzzle fabric in black and white at either JoAnn's or Hobby Lobby.

I figured it out finally. I used fabric paint, since I don't do so well with applique. I am still going to try. Thanks.......

Hi and welcome!!

I know you are done with the letters now, but if your sewing machine has letters, that would be a way to embroider the letters too. Just put a bit of stabillizer behind them. The downside is that they probably aren't too adjustable unless you have an embroidery machine.
