I am a new quilter who has attended many classes and started many quilts. I have 27 UFOs. I am retired now and hope to get my new sewing room organized and start completing the UFOs. I appreciate reading everyone's comments and hope to learn so much from each of you.

Hello, and welcome from Idaho!
I can relate to UFO's. I plan to complete mine this new year, because I can't afford to purchase new fabric. It is too cold in the back room to organize yet, but when it warms up later I plan to also get it cleaned. That room doesn't have heat, and it has been reeeeeally cold lately. |

Hello from Central Louisiana (originally South Alabama)!
If you make it your new years resolution to do ONE ufo a month you will finish almost HALF of them this year!! |
Congratulations on your children's success. I know you are proud of them.

Hello and welcome from central Alabama.

Oh My! Each of the UFO's is a queen sized bed quilt. If I can finish one of them this year, I will be pleased. First, I must get my sewing room organized in my new home. Wish me luck.

I am so pleased to hear from an Alabamian. I love this state.

Hi and welcome from "on the road". My Mom calls my the Queen of UFO's. A lot of that comes from traveling where it is so much easier to quilt the tops (I do a lot of hand quilting) than do the sandwiching and complete the rest. I send my large quilts out. Unfortunately, I'm in pretty much the same boat as everyone else, not only have all these UFO's, but also have the stuff to make at least another 12 without buying any fabric or thread!

Howdy neighbor! Southeast Tennessee here. Good luck with the UFO's. I have quite a few myself. In fact, I am highly suspicious of the people who don't have any! LOL!
