Hello fellow quilters! I'm Denise and I am from Pottstown PA. I've been quilting for about 4 years now and I am totally addicted to it. Just getting involved in the forum here, and I have seen a lot of lovely quilts!

Along with quilting, I am very involved with dog rescue, so my quilts are lovelingly supplied with copious amounts of fluff - which I wash off before giving them away, of course!

Welcome to the wonderful world of quilting... I too am from Pennsylvania - the Clearfield area. The more time you spend quilting the more you will come to love this great sport. Did you know that there is a wonderful quilt show at the convention center in New Hope. I will be traveling with a bus full of quilters and I am looking forward to attending this show. Hope you will be able to visit it as well. Attending a show such as this will give you so many new ideas -- and the vendors give you the opportunity to see many tools etc in use.

Hi there Denise, this is Marge from Jacksonville, FL. Just joined tonight and need to travel around this site yet. Noted you are from Pottstown, PA. I was born in Scranton, PA many years ago. LOL I too have dog rescue interests. I have 3 Shih Tzu dogs. Two are elderly, handicapped rescues, one of these is blind and deaf but I think she can see and hear just a little she is 16 now and have a male who is 13 yrs and had one eye removed. Need I say more? So smart one here I got a puppy who is now about 9 months. She is a love but at times tries my patience, should call her Wonder!! As to wonder what was I thinking when I got a puppy?? Been quilting for over 30 years by the way. Marge

Good evening all, this is Marge in Jacksonville, FL. A quilter for over 30 years. Collector of quilt magazines and quilt fabrics or as my DIL says my hoarding LOL What does she know?? Some day they will locate my body under all these patterns and quilts, as long as its not soon I have projects lined up until 2200 at least. Love applique and Baltimore patterns. Hi Denise....I am from Pottstown, PA also!!! I now live in Massachusetts. Where do you live in Pottstown?? I lived off Route 100 by Pottsgrove Mansion. I have been quilting for about 5 years now.
