I did a flannel baby quilt a couple months ago, but didn't take a picture before I gave it away. :roll: I know, what was I thinking? But I'll see if the friend I gave it to can take one and send it to me.

Hi - I'm new too. Just wanted to say that I recognize that quilt top! That was the first quilt I made - from Alex Anderson's book. I made mine in green and it was a wall hanging. It's a great pattern. Looks really good in blue!!

Yea, I made the wallhanging first (in blues) for myself. I bought the material years ago and finally got around to using it a few months ago, now I'm hooked on quilting. :) I think that pattern would look great in a burgundy/mauve kind of mix. I'm thinking about doing an Irish Chain next.
