I went through that a while ago but mine schlepped in computers and gutted them. So I had tools, and computer bits all over my sewing table. Well, there were a few words, and as of that moment, MY ROOM was a "visit by invitation only" zone. He's been doing so well with it that he now has his own comfy chair in the room.

welcome to the board.. sounds like he saw you enjoying the room so much that he wanted to enjoy it too. My DH could move in but knows better than touch my stuff. In return I don't touch his stuff. He still works so he hasn't figured out a hobby yet but I think at times his hobby is just to irritate me....lol

My DH says, BOY IS HE ASKING FOR IT, if the den is bigger move in there if he tryes to take over the room again. ask him to make up his mind which room does he want?

Aaahhhhh it is in a sweet way. You had some of us worried there when you mentioned him installing a potty in the garage. Yes, your DH is a keeper. My guy is like that. He has the garage though and I have the bonus room above the garage.
