I am a self taught quilter. I piece and machine quilt all of my projects on a domestic home sewing machine. My Passion is quilting, and that is where I devote most of my time. I make donation quilts for women and children shelter's, animal shelter's, Hospice, Cancer Patients, Military and for anyone in need. I use every piece of fabric scrap that I can. The proceeds from my quilt sales goes right back into the business, so I can make more quilts. Fabric donations, and unwanted supplies are very much appreciated and used. My efforts go into making sure that every scrap of fabric and batting is used to its full potential, and that is to help others. In 2011 I will be selling some of my countless designs that I have made through out the years.
I live in Savannah Ga. www.reneescountryquilts.blogspot.com Renee |

Hi there - and welcome from Germany (Bavaria) About your charity work and donations: would you also accept UFOs? I am sure I have some hidden in a dark corner! I am getting new windows put in in my sewing room and have to clean out those dark corners.
If you can use UFOs, just send me your address and I'll see what I can find. Tirolgirl |

Hello from Germany (Bavaria)! I just have a quick question: could you use UFOs too to finish and give away? Or is it just supplies that you can use? I am sure I can find a UFO or two tucked away in a dark corner in my sewing room - and since I am getting new windows put in in my sewing room I have to clean out these dark corners. Just let me know what you can use! And if you let me know your address a package will be on it's way soon.
Have a sunny day! Tirolgirl |
