My name is Cat and I'm rather new to the whole quilting bit but am completely in love with Crazy quilts and have been for some time now... I am in the process of repairing one and embellishing as I go along and have a few questions, but thought I'd at least introduce myself first.

I'm looking forward to meeting some great people and receiving some fantastic advice!

Welcome! I too came for advice and have not been disappointed! It's a great bunch and the only problem I have is that you'll need a bigger bucket for your list. Every time someone posts a pretty picture of a quilt - on the bucket list it goes!

Sue, ah yes.. I can see that happening very quickly and if I didn't already have a number in the works, I'd happily want to start on another!

I've been repairing crazy quilts (my avatar is my latest crazy quilt repair beginnings (minus the beading and more ribbon work)) and I've always got 'something' going on. This forum is just a wealth of information! And some of the quilts make me drool... just GORGEOUS!
