Joined the board a few months ago. Really enjoy the pictures, tips, chats, etc and have learned a lot from you folks. I live Asheboro NC (not in hiding) and still trying to learn how to participate on here. Don't have a lot of spare time but love quilting and this board really inspires me to keep up with whats going on in the quilt world. Keep up the good work!

WOW! You're the first person ever to remember Ms. Beasley. I loved that show and esp. Ms. B. I got a new puppy about 3 yrs ago (a chi) and her eyes were the biggest thing about her. She was so precious (and still is) but I just had to name her Ms. Beasley. She lives with my daughter now and weighs 4.5 lbs, and still has those big precious eyes. Glad you made the connection. Would love to see reruns of those shows.

I'm in Asheboro (near the Zoo). I have visited Valdese a few times. I've been to revival there and I've also visited miniature horse farms in that area.
