I indeed have too many hobbies, which is why the laundry doesn't get done expeditiously and the refrigerator needs cleaning. But the hobbies are more fun. I have sewn a good part of my life (former home economics teacher), but I hadn't quilted until I retired three years ago. I'm very involved in 4-H, and when I saw the wonderful quilts our kids had completed, I thought I'd better get into the fun. I've made four so far, but all have been professionally quilted. Now I'm going to take the big step of doing my own quilting.
