Thank goodness for the net! My years of being the only quilter around made me think I was the only one who:

saved all my spare money for...fabric
lost fabric
had more fabric than could use in one lifetime
slept with 4 quilts on the bed
got invited to ALL the baby showers
had six (or more) projects going at once
begged scraps

You get the picture.
