Hi Quilters,
I am a retired Nurse from Ga. I took several quilting classes in the late 80's, back when we didn't have rotary cutters . During that time,there was never enough time with work and two very active sons, to practice this wonderful skill until 2006 when I retired. I'm sure if there was a Quilting hall of fame, I would qualify, I have several tops not quilted, several projects started, a large stash of fabric and I wont to make almost every quilt I see......I love all the interesting topics. photos and tips I have read on this message board.

Don't feel badly; I have been piecing quilts since the 80's and the only one I own is the one I made for my mother's 90th b'day and got back when she passed 4 yrs ago. Have blocks sewn together for three different quilts and now that I am retired, hope to get them put together. Also purchased a Viking machine & Inspira frame more than 18 mos ago, but it isn't even set up to use yet. Have made and given MANY quilts away as gifts/raffle prizes. I'll still comsider myself a quilter!!
