Welcome from Lebanon Oregon. I have put photos on fabric many times. First, you have to play with the photos on the computer to change them to black and white. I use the Kodak Easyshare software, it is a free download, to change my photos. Then I use a product called Bubblejet set 2000 to treat my fabrics, then once they are dry, attach them to freezer paper and run them through my inkjet printer. Works great!!
