I took some pictures and there are 240 squares - next time I think I will make them bigger and I did allow for the seam allowances and after sewing a few together I realized how much smaller it will turn out, so I may be cutting more squares!! Lesson #1 for me!

If there are any Quilt shops in your area, take a course, or ask questions. Quilters are great "sharers" and LOVE to get new people addicted!

Hello and welcome...to me the most important moment is "having fun" in sewing anything at all for the quilts! I really enjoy listening to the machine working when I am sewing blocks together...or in quilting! It is a fun moment. Good luck in putting your quilt together!
