hi . do anyone use muslin for backing on quilts , if so what do you think of it

I do--- especially use the 108 wide size don't like to piece if I don't have too.

Muslin has been used for years and years. Look at some of the older quilts, most of the backs were made of muslin. I will admit that today I mostly use well washed sheets, and some of them come in such lovely colors and patterns that you can match almost anything. But muslin is traditional for backing quilts. |
