hi . do anyone use muslin for backing on quilts , if so what do you think of it

I do--- especially use the 108 wide size don't like to piece if I don't have too.

Welcome from the central valley of California.
Muslin has been used for years and years. Look at some of the older quilts, most of the backs were made of muslin. I will admit that today I mostly use well washed sheets, and some of them come in such lovely colors and patterns that you can match almost anything. But muslin is traditional for backing quilts.
