Welcome from the other side of the country, Oregon! My hubby and I fell in love with Maine when we visited several years ago! I too love easy quilts as I consider myself a beginner. I do alot of fusible applique and am now working my way into piecing. Look forward to seeing your postings.

My daughter lives in Palermo, right across from the Branch Mills Rd. I live in Mapleton, 4 miles outside of Presque Isle.

Welcome from Ohio. I like the easy quilts, too. Do you ever get "Quick Quilts" or "Easy Quilts" magazine? I like those magazines for do-able quilts. You will enjoy this board.
