Hi, Amma! Interesting to read your comment. Now that a couple of my girlfriends have seen my old Singer, they are each looking to buy one, too. They are surprised by the prices out there.

It's a Featherweight! Whooohooo! You pretty much hit the jackpot without realizing it, I think. You can free-motion quilt on a FW and it's light enough to take to classes. You were clearly meant to be a quilter!
