What a gold mine is our Quilting Board
I am nearly 65 and hoping to retire in five years but have been blessed the last 12 years or so to have a job I take care of special need kids and once get them settled in for the night get to read, watch TV and search more sights for good sewing and quilting ideas. I literally have a millenial supply of fabric and supplies just need time, motivation and the fountain of youth to live to 150 so I can get it all done. I have spent too much time and money gathering instead of doing. After my love of my Heavenly Father and the Savior and my six children, spouses and 19 living grandchildren my passion is sewing/quilting/crochet/crafts; reading true crime (Ann Rule) and fiction (Catherine Cookson); and writing. What I really need is a money tree and 48 hours in a day.
This site is a golden find. I have not been involved in any chat sites but I think I found my niche. |

Hi and welcome from Ft. Myers, FL. A money tree in the back yard would be great. I used to tell my kids when they were young to get the money off the money tree in the back yard. The comment brought back memories.
