I see you are a new quilting person also. Go to web site Crabapplehill.com and look at some of thier patterns, heriloom merories is one pattern I love with old plates enbroidered and filled in with crayon color and crazy quilt blocks around it. another has antiqie purses, and still another has post cards and books and flowers. Love them all but they are expensive, 25.00 but they come with transfers . Have fun, I am.

Hi Martina, I have some questions, Dis you use a good quality muslin, bleached or unbleached? I have an old piece of damsak that would be beautiful for the colored squares in this quilt. I guess I could try a sample to see how it works. If after you press the design and you need to put on more color, do you need to put more freezer paper on before you color again? I am assembling supplies and want to make sure I have everything on hand. The pattern I bought is called Fondest Reguards, by Crabapple Hill I am anxious to get started so I can do the embroidery at night while I am watching tv, or not watching tv. I am usually sewing pretty late, Thanks for your help.
