The camp that they have worked at is called Camp of the Good Shepherd just outside of Sibiu. It is a camp where they take kids out of the orphanage and give them a week of camp experience. The children have a ball. They will also bring in poor children from the town nearby for a week of camp as well. You will find many quilting friends here on this board. I hope that you will soon find some quilting friends locally as well. I have friends that I love to get together and quilt with and shop with and go to shows with.
You have some beautiful work on your blog, thank you for sharing.

Hi Geta. I live in the USA, out west in Utah to be exact. I've been quilting on and off for about 15 years. None of my work is as spectacular at what I saw on your blog. Just took a quick look while I'm waiting for my sleeping pill to take effect. You have some beautiful work there. I hope to get back when I can spend more time. I enjoy seeing the quilting styles from places around the world. It's always facinates to me to see how we can take the same basic craft and make is say so much about our lives, our culture, and ourselves. Hope to get to know you better through this board. As you can see from the errors, my sleaping pill is kicking in. Hope to hear & see more from you. I'm going to bookmark this thread so I don't lose it. BTW, I'm no always like this loopy. Just when I try check out the boards after taking a sleeping pill. Don't be too hard on me. I think it's time to go back to bed. see you all tomorrow. Be kind to the poor old lady who occasionally suffers from insomnia and resorts to pills so she can get up in the morning and go to work.
