Retired teacher from central Illinois
I am guilty of having too many ideas and projects and not enough time to finish them. I love to try all types of quilting, crafts involving sewing or not, and creating new objects from old. I keep busy with two grandkids, searching for inventory for my booth in a small antique mall, collecting American Fostoria dishes and some china sets, up-cycling, sewing dresses and baby quilts for charity, gardening and reading. Never a dull moment and don't understand those who say they are bored. Happy sewing to you all.

Hello. I also am from central Illinois. I agree, there is always something to do, I love quilting, crafts, sewing, my friends are trying to get me into card making. Embrodiery, reading, oh, I have more hobbies than I seem to have time for. I have four grandchilden I would like to sew for. Perhaps, when I retire. Anyway, Welcome to the board! I look forward to hearing from you and seeing yr post.

Welcome from NV and another retired teacher. Reading, tending my plants, keeping my dog (and myself) exercised, my computer interest, sewing, quilting and volunteering keep me out of trouble. Still dabble in crafts at times too.
