THREE THOUSAND 2" blocks???? Holy smokes! You have incredible patience and determination! I'd get to 30 and start looking for something else. :)

I did live in Florida for a time. My favorite beach was Bowman Beach on Sanibel Isl in Fort Myers, Fl. But have travel every where looking for shells.

There are tutorials that some one can guide you to that teaches you how to do borders and how to miter the corners so you don't have wavy borders. Jan
