Default Shirley Shenk "Quilt Design" Goshen, IN

First. let me thank you for allowing me to join your forum. Even though, based on physical limitations, I am unable to quilt, I have always loved quilting. My first quilt purchase was a primary color dinosaur quilt for my son's bedroom. That was 25 years ago. I now have that quilt wrapped and preserved and ready to give to him when he has children.

Through the years I have purchased and gifted many, many quilts to family and friends. My question is this. I have six (6) gorgeous quilts from Goshen, Indiana's "Quilt Design" shop in the Old Bag Factory, designed by Shirley Shenk. How do I sell these? These are not "bedroom quilts" but rather wall hangings and all are very special.

Any insights are greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome to the board. We mostly make quilts here but I think there are several of our members who have Etsy shops or sell on Ebay. Perhaps they will chime in.

Welcome to the QB from SE Michigan! As already mentioned we mostly quilt or sew on the board but there are so many very special people here that hopefully some one will be able to answer your question. I have just one, Are the quilts you are concerned about home made? or shop made? I for one look forward to your learning something new here. Welcome to the QB

Welcome to the Board. Enjoy the photos, chime in when you want to and know that not all on the board can quilt/sew/knit as they one did. You will find others that struggle because of vision or physical limitations. But more importantly they love quilting. I am from southern Michigan and an hour from Goshen which mean we are near neighbors.

Welcome from Southern California, where it's too hot to sew anyway.
