Welcome from NY. I am wondering where you shop for your fabrics that you see so much fleece? The quilt shops that I have been in never carry fleece. Shopping on line gives you tons of choices of wonderful fabrrics as well and often at very competitive prices.

Welcome from MI!!

I'm not a fan of fleece either but have done rag quilts with it. But I do the ones that you sew the squares together like a quilt and have to snip those raw edgesd. Takes forever it seems to do the snipping.

I've learned a lot from this site too so enjoy the journey!!
