I didn't know this type of elastic existed and it would definitely make a couple of my projects easier.

After several internet searches, I discovered that the words fold over elastic gave some good results.

CTSUSA.com looks like a great deal!
When I retired I wanted my own bed, so we bought 2 full size x-long beds & the sheets online are junk! I've been buying Queen sheets on sale & my dressmaker has been cutting them down for me - for a mere $. This looks like I may be able to do it myself even though I'm not a sewer!
Let me know how you go about measuring, cutting, etc. please!
Hugs,
Terry in NY

I've put a tute on the board with two photos of the little bit of the elastic I have left. Mine is 3/4 inch wide, I've only found 5/8 and 1 inch on the internet, but I'm getting close!!

I did the tute in the Tutorials section of this website. Below is what I hope is an accurate link to it. If it doesn't work, just go to the Tutorials section here.
