I thought I've seen every HST method under the sun but apparently not.
Entertaining if nothing else. Not sure I'd want to use this method but

I think it would be fun until it wasn't--you know, when you sew on the wrong side after sewing 5-6 correctly? I screw up often enough with 2 layers, this method could send me "over the edge." But the trim tool is kinda cool with those slots for dog ear cuts.

I took a class back in the late 90's how to do this. But without the new rulers we have now to trim them up it was time consuming. What I did was do one to get the strip down the middle and made a quilt using that as a block unit. The quilt looked great. I don't have it anymore, my DD left it at camp, never to be found again.
