I think my head is spinning. I have never made a D9P, but have a "bag ready" with fabric at a moments notice (literly). That is if I run out of quilts to make. On my bucket list.

I've made a bunch of D9P quilts and love the look. I have made them with sashes, without sashes, on point, used panels for the larger outer corners. It's such a versatile pattern!

That last link is especially interesting to me. Thanks for sharing.
