What a lovely place for a retreat. Quilting Is my retreat, so I probably will never see the Quiltville Inn in person.

Perfect next chapter for her! I'm looking forward to more details as they emerge - thanks for sharing

Thanks for the info. I have admired Bonnie Hunter for a long time, since when she was a practicing massage therapist in the Columbia, SC area and showing examples of her quilting work online. I have several of her books and have a notebook of copied instructions from her website.
That house is a dream, glad it is on the way to becoming reality for her.

Quilting is her whole life. Her blog is written daily and she does nothing but quilt, teach quilting, travel to teach quilting, write books about quilts, make videos about quilting, shop for quilts, and save scraps for quilting. I don't know any other well known Quilter that lives everyday to quilt.

What a perfect alternative for her; and will be great for the many, many quilters who are able to attend one of her retreats.

Default Quiltsville Retreat Center

Saw this on a blog and wanted to let you all see what Bonnie Hunter is up to now. Just too exciting even though it will not happen for awhile.

Enjoy the historic read.

Sorry for my post. I did not realize others had already started a thread on Bonnie and her Retreat Center.
